Alpha and Omega & Chief Cornerstone
Pastor Mike continues our series by exploring the names Alpha & Omega, as well as Chief Cornerstone, as we continue to examine what we can learn about Christ through His biblical names.
Introduction
Jesus' revelation of Himself to John as Alpha and Omega further affirms that He is God in the flesh and the supreme Mover in history, present at creation, and shaper of the future to come. At the same time, He is the measurement by which all others who believe in Him are aligned, situated and evaluated. Christ is the final measure, and the ultimate standard sent not only for our redemption but as an example for us.
