Introduction

Paul has established that humanity has a serious problem; we cannot overcome sin. Thankfully, God has freely given His righteousness to those who believe in Christ. This righteousness is divinely manifested in Christ, comes as a free gift of grace, and is received by faith alone. God offers this righteousness as the solution to the bad news of impending wrath.
